Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of DispatchIQ ("the Service", "we", "us"), a dispatch tool for online sellers in India operated by YADHRUV FOODS & LIFESTYLE ENTERPRISES under its software brand Itano Labs (D&B D-U-N-S Number 581654479). The Service includes the web app at dispatchiq.in, the DispatchIQ Shopify app, the DispatchIQ for WooCommerce plugin and the DispatchIQ Connector app for Odoo. By creating an account, connecting a store or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

1. What DispatchIQ does

DispatchIQ helps you ship orders with India Post. It imports orders from your Shopify, WooCommerce or Odoo store (or from files you upload), lets you review them in a dispatch queue, produces India Post bulk-booking files or books parcels directly with India Post, prints shipping labels, and sends tracking numbers back to your store.

DispatchIQ is not India Post and is not a courier. Parcels are carried by India Post under your own India Post contract and account, and India Post's own terms, rates and liability rules apply to every shipment.

2. Your account

• You sign up with a mobile number verified by OTP. You can give team members access with their Google accounts from Settings → Team.
• You are responsible for everything done through your account, including by team members you add, and for keeping your login and India Post credentials secure.
• You must give accurate sender details and must have the right to ship the goods you dispatch.

3. Connecting your store

• When you connect a Shopify store, install the DispatchIQ for WooCommerce plugin or install the DispatchIQ Connector app for Odoo, you authorise us to receive your store's orders and to write dispatch and tracking information back to those orders, as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You can disconnect a store at any time, from Settings in DispatchIQ or from the plugin or app in your store. After that, new orders stop arriving and tracking is no longer sent back.
• You are responsible for your store, its settings and the emails it sends to your customers, including emails sent when DispatchIQ marks an order dispatched or completed.

4. Your responsibilities when shipping

• Check addresses, PIN codes, weights, dimensions, COD amounts and other parcel details before you book or export. DispatchIQ can help clean and validate data, but you are responsible for what is booked.
• Only ship goods that India Post accepts, and pack and label them as India Post requires.
• You are the seller of the goods and remain responsible to your customers for delivery, returns, refunds and COD collections.

5. Plans, wallet and payments

• New accounts start with a free trial. After the trial, dispatching requires an active plan or wallet balance, at the prices shown in the app when you pay.
• Payments and wallet top-ups are processed by Razorpay. We do not store card or bank details.
• Dispatch charges are deducted from your wallet or plan when parcels are dispatched or booked. India Post postage is billed by India Post under your own contract and is not part of DispatchIQ's charges.
• If your account has no active plan or wallet balance, you will not be able to dispatch, and new store orders may be held until you pay. Orders you received are not deleted.
• For questions about a payment, a charge or your wallet balance, contact us (see Section 11).

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to break the law, to ship prohibited goods, to send spam, to access other sellers' data, or to interfere with or overload the Service. We may suspend an account that does any of these things.

7. Your data

Your orders, customers' shipping details, parcels and contacts belong to you. We use them only to provide the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You must have a lawful basis to share your customers' details with us for shipping their orders.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep DispatchIQ available and accurate, but the Service depends on third parties such as India Post, Shopify, WordPress and Odoo hosting, Google Cloud and Razorpay, and may sometimes be unavailable or return errors. We may change or improve features over time. If we make a change that materially affects paying customers, we will tell you in the app or by message.

9. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost, delayed or damaged parcels, India Post's acts or charges, lost sales or profits, or indirect losses. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the three months before the claim arose.

10. Ending your use

You can stop using DispatchIQ and disconnect your stores at any time, and you can ask us to delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

12. Governing law and changes to these terms

These terms are governed by the laws of India. We may update them as the Service changes. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above, and continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
